 | last time we (Dinhz) competed in kuh3 we had 2nd place in PS, but we havent played for several months, so add us to Div1, we can fight in Div2 too, your choice :)

 | Wouldn't it make more sense to announce the weekday the games have to be played BEFORE doing the whole signup thing? Right now clans don't know when they will have to play and therefore its pure speculation when signing up whether you will have to drop afterwards...

 | We don't know, how much clans will sign up and therefore we don't know which leages we can offer and how much divisions etc. So it would not make that much sense to give out the dates when opening the signups. Also a lot clans (and also we ourselves) will not know in which division they play until signups are closed.
Dinhz could play PS if there is an open spot. If there is no open spot, they have to play Div1.
Most likely the dates for 4on4 will be like last season:
PS - Sun 21:00 CEST
Div1 - Mon 21:30 CEST
Div2 - Mon 20:30 CEST
For 2on2 also it will be also like last season:
PS - Tue 22:00 CEST
Div1 - Tue 21:00 CEST
Div2 - Tue 20:00 CEST
But you can tell us which date you prefer to play. If most clans in PS prefer Monday over Sunday we might swith PS to Monday for example. (But Sunday used to be fine since years).
Also if it happens you have to play on a date that is not suitable for you, you can rearrange your matches. I quote myself (answer to two clans that were not able to play on the assigned date):
Try to talk your opponents about 1 week before the match and try to find a new date. Normally this should be no problem (When I played in PS some years ago it was no problem for us to find a new date with our enemy. Division 2 clans should be even more cooperative). But you should inform your opponent as soon as possible before the match.
If any clan refuses to agree on a new date, we'll take care about it.

| I had a firm look at signups and how the groups would look.
kaboom:
last time Dinhz played you were 5th (Spring 07), not 2nd ;) - The last time SP played, the dropped (also Spring 07)

At the moment PS would look like:
1 iM *
2 wCm *
3 P! *
4 foo +
5 eMg +
6 SP / Dinhz
At the moment, personally, I'd prefer Dinhz playing PS because Dinhz finished the last season they played (but were relegated) whereas SP didn't. But I have to check skill also.
Of course if ns or core89 signs up, PS is full. And both, SP and Dinhz must play Div1.
Just thinking loud, until signups are not closed, this is all speculation anyways ;)

| when will it start ? how does it work ? like jolt or like cb? dates and times for games determined by admins or does the clans set a date and time for the games.

| fixed times, but clans can agree on a new date if neccessary. servers have to be searched like in CB.
